- No fee for ATM use
- 1% fee of the transaction amount (including credits and reversals) for non-U.S. currency and foreign transactions – need to call and ask: POS purchases only, or ATM withdrawals as well?
- Schwab checking
- No ATM fees. Schwab Bank will reimburse you for any fees charged by other banks.
- Absolutely impossible to find fee disclosure on this. Need to stop in at a branch. Application form with all info just says Visa Check Card Agreement, which is sent with the card, contains the terms and conditions which apply to this card.
- TruMark
- $1.50 per ATM withdrawal (out of network); 1% transaction fee is charged to the Credit VISA but nothing is stated about the debit kind
- Lockheed
- $1.50 per ATM withdrawal (out of network); 1% transaction fee

- Used to have a card with some rewards and 0 fees on international transactions. No longer offered online; need to check in local office.

- Absolutely no fees – including cash advances (though APR is still charged, obv)
- Membership requires enrollment in National Military Asscn for $20
- CapitalOne
- Endless array of seemingly undifferentiated choices
- Probably small line of credit
- No info on foreign transaction fees, but presumed 0%
