Facebook policies require that an app has a privacy policy that tells users what user data the app is going to use and how the app will use, display, share, or transfer that data.

What data is used?

FMenu pulls information about your friends, including their gender, status update, full name, profile update time, and notes count. In addition, FMenu obtains the number of unread messages, pokes, and friend requests. It also obtains your current outstanding notifications.

How is data used, displayed, shared or transferred?

FMenu uses this data to display relevant update notifications as chosen in your preferences.

FMenu displays this data to you using Growl notifications.

FMenu does not share or transfer this data with anyone. This data is only stored in your memory (RAM) and is cleared whenever the application quits.
